Ordered a bin and a notebook June 11. Was promised delivery around June 21-25. Received nothing. Phoned, customer service said they would investigate and phone back Monday. They didn't. Phoned them myself, and they said that it could not be delivered because Hermes/Evri could not find address. I have 2-3 parcels delivered weekly so that seemed strange. Local Hermes delivery person confirmed he had received nothing. After I emailed Zoro sent an email promising redelivery eight days ago "The warehouse have advised your bin is being re-dispatched as the original has been lost in transit with the courier." The notebook suddenly turned up in the post 5 weeks after order. No bin arrived. No information. Phoned today and was told the bin is out of stock with no lead time, and has been for some time, so customer service cannot understand why I was told it was being redespatched. Very polite customer service but useless communication and service. Very poor. I await to see if the refund arrives in good time, it's promised within five days - although that alone seems a long time.

Requested return 12 days ago. They have promised everyday to send the details over and never have. They say they are waiting on their own warehouse! I have asked for their complaints procedure but yet to have that.

None of it makes sense, it all seems like delaying tactics.

I have had no choice but to return by my own method without any returns info from Zoro or it wouldn't have happened.

My item is £180 so this is a lot of money I have been waiting to get back.

Replying to response below you are only waiting for it to be returned to you because i l returned it as despite numerous promises that you were arranging collection you failed to ever follow through. Its not something that has been asked or arranged by Zoro.

I have no email asking for info. What info do you want?

I had a good experience even though an item I'd ordered when received was not the item advertised on the website. I checked my order was correct then contacted customer services via phone and the person I spoke to was great, she called me back when she said she would and sorted my refund and the correction on the website. All my other items were as expected at great prices. I wouldn't hesitate again to purchase from here.
I've just checked and I didn't receive a confirmation email, I had to log into my account on their site to get my order information.

zoro very good prices just spend 20 pounds and get free delivery usually within a couple of days check them out highly recommended

I called to ask how to return as it wont let you do it online. They said they would send an email with details. I chased a couple of days later they said they were waiting on warehouse to give them details! It will be a week tomorrow that I asked for this and considering its nearly £180 its very annoying the process hasn't even started yet.
I will be calling to make a formal complaint today

UPDATE: I have received my refund. Thank you.
I returned a product to zero in June, beginning of June, 7th in fact. I am still waiting for a refund. I have emailed several times and no reply. I called last week, I was told that somebody would call me back- nothing. These guys are not trustworthy. I am hoping this review will prompt somebody to get in touch and refund my money or I will have to take this to small claims company. Buyer beware!

Super easy, right tool for die cutting a hole in thin stainless. Would use again.

All good, product as advertised. Only complaint is that the first order discount didn't actually get applied to the transaction even though it initially showed on the order summary. It disappeared when I authorised the payment which was slightly annoying.

Fraudulent money taken out of my account : i placed an order for good amounting to £21.95 then another extra £5.98 has been taken out 2 days later : When i contacted them was told i need to speak to the finance team and they were busy so would call me back no call back and i continued to call them and when i spoke to my bnk they informed me the company have set this up : both amount as reoccuring payments

They sent 1200mm instead of the 1350mm fencing pins that I ordered.They failed to exchange them.They invoiced me for the large ones.After failing to get back to me on 7 occasions I took the hit and paid for the larger ones I didn’t receive just to get them off my back.HOPELESS

Keep away from this company . They have items on their web page they do not actually stock.

Then a delivery date , which was confirmed by two members of staff via email was just a date plucked out of thin air , I took a day off work and stayed in, I rang the company to ask which delivery company was delivering, they could not tell me , all they could say they it would be delivered between 9-5 , at 4pm on ringing the company again I was told that an email would be sent to the warehouse.

Today 24 days after the order was placed , I receive an email to tell me they have cancelled my order .

So I've learned a lesson , always use AMAZON .

Speedy delivery and competitive prices

Bought some car maintenance odds and sods from them, price was excellent, goods arrived quickly and were very well packaged. All round excellent.

Very good first transaction. Items as described & dispatched and delivered quickly from two locations.
Will deal with them again.
